From weather events, to social issues, cyber hacks, brand missteps and geopolitical unrest, communicators have been called upon to respond to crisis and reset organizations to enable them to move forward. There are many different perspectives on and styles of leadership, and the conversation will delve into several topics, including: How do we become better leaders within our organizations especially when faced with challenging situations? How do we build the strongest teams possible, and how do we foster a culture in which key players can step up in a crisis? How can you empower your clients / colleagues to be leaders within their organizations/ functions - is leadership an innate trait, or something that is learned and honed over time?
