Ladies Lounge, a monthly event series hosted by GA, is spending March with Boston wellness startups and organizations to transform this event into a health + wellness expo!
Why it Matters
We all do it...We start off the New Year with a laundry list of goals: drink more water, get more sleep, find a better work/life balance etc. But by March, the winter blues have taken over and a lot of those wellness goals we set for ourselves take a back seat to Netflix and left over Valentines Day candy.
Now that it is March, we are bringing together some of the inspiring leaders in Boston's wellness community to help get us back on track. Join us for an wellness expo and meet experts that are helping us live healthier, happier lives in 2019. In addition, we'll be offering yoga from 7pm-8pm so bring your yoga mat if you'd like to join us for that! There will be massages and a raffle as well.
