Scout, Northeastern’s student-led design studio, is hosting its inaugural design conference: Interventions! Through a series of lectures and workshops, this conference is a space for creatives to consider the consequences of design interventions and examine the intentions of their work.

In a society where design is used as a powerful tool for change, we’ll be examining what role design plays in dividing or connecting us, measuring the impact of design, and exploring the societal responsibilities of designers. Leaders and creatives from Github, Airbnb, and Monotype, to name a few, will be exploring these themes and challenging ideas on conventional design.

Your ticket includes:
- The best bag of swag you will ever receive
- Food on us! Light breakfast, lunch, & coffee
- A post-conference reception with light appetizers and drinks! Come hang out! Our speakers, sponsors, and attendees are all welcome to come.

The conference is happening on April 7, 2018 at Northeastern University’s Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Center during Boston Design Week. See you there!
