Hack.Diversity 2018 is off to a strong start, with 37 Fellows and 10 Host Companies working towards internship-to-hire matches. Fellows are all Black and Latino students soon-to-be completing their studies in computer science and IT-related fields.
Hack.Diversity Mentors play a crucial role in guiding Fellows to establish long-term, growth-oriented careers in the innovation economy. We are seeking candidates who fit the following criteria:

- Have at least 3 years professional experience in the tech and/or life science industries (manager level or above preferred, technical background preferred)

- Are able to commit ~3 hours/month between March - August 2018 to mentees and Hack.Diversity events as needed

- Are passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the innovation economy
