What's the refund policy?
A full refund will be provided up to 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations after that time will be credited toward the next session.

A photo ID will be accepted in place of your printed ticket.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
We understand that schedules can change at the last minute. Your ticket can be used by another person in your organization who is passionate about unleashing the problem-solving abilities of their team.
Will refreshments be provided during the day?
Light refreshments will be provided upon arrival and in the afternoon. There is a restaurant in the facility that can be accessed during the lunch break.
Is my attendance necessary for the entire event?
We understand that your job does not always stop when you are in training. To obtain the full impact of the training, we ask that you keep your absences to a minimum when possible.
