Join us July 18th for our State of Innovation Meetup: The Future of Cannabis where we invite the community to come together for networking, and to hear from thought leaders, startups and/or entrepreneurs.

Massachusetts is home to one of the fastest-growing markets, projected to reach more than $2 billion in the recreational cannabis market alone by 2023, according to recent estimates. That’s 10 percent of the total market share, tied with New York and coming behind only California.
The medical marijuana market in the state is expected to reach $125 million over the same period. Bay Staters are likely to continue registering for medical marijuana cards, despite easier access to the recreational substance. But it won't be a smooth-sailing journey; regulators recently outlawed the sale of products containing hemp-derived cannabidiol, while approving the framework for cannabis cafes and deliveries. We'll discuss this and more at our State of Innovation event on Cannabis.

Panelists:

Beth Waterfall, Executive Director at ELEVATE Northeast

Dr. Marion McNabb, Co-Founder and CEO of C3RN

Adam Fine, Partner at Vicente Sederberg

Across the network, Inno's State of Innovation meetups focus on a specific industry, category, theme or individual and will feature a keynote, fireside chat, panel, pitch, demo or a combination of the five. In the past year, we've done SOI meetups on attracting and retaining talent, scaling e-commerce startups, the deep tech boom in Boston, Atlanta's VR community, Chicago's women entrepreneurs and more. Let us know if you have any ideas for what you think our next SoI meetup in Boston should be about. See you there!
