Tim is an econometrician with nearly 20 years of experience in economics and business consulting. He has been featured in PWC’s “Cities of Opportunity,” and his research has twice been discussed in The Economist. He is a visiting scholar and adjunct professor at New York University’s Center for Urban Science and Progress. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina.
