RIC codes is a new series of coding programs offered at the Roxbury Innovation Center. This five-week program will be taught by RoxDot Women Coders and open to all.

The purpose of this program is to teach introductory skills in computer programming and web development.

 

  • DATES: The dates of the course are as follows: Thursday, April 5th; Thursday, April 12th; Thursday, April 19th; Thursday, April 26th; Thursday, April 26th, and Thursday, May, 3rd.
  • TIME: Classes will take place from 6 pm – 8 pm.
  • WHAT: Students will be taught basic computer coding skills; specifically students will learn what computer coding is and how to code using HTML/CSS.
  • COST: The class is $40. Students MUST commit to attending ALL five classes.
  • WHO: No prior knowledge of computer coding necessary. All are welcome. The class will be taught in English so students should be fluent in English.
