Geared towards new and prospective entrepreneurs, these introductory classes are appropriate for anyone who wants to learn more about the legal aspects of businesses. All classes are taught as a small seminar, not in a lecture format. Expect heavy discussion and participation using scenarios to explore each topic. Each class may be taken on its own, you do not need to take one to take the other, though they do complement each other nicely. These classes are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
