For entrepreneurs with an idea or small business owners, this interactive workshop will guide participants toward a compelling value proposition. It is vital for all entrepreneurs to be able to effectively communicate their business's value proposition(s) to all stakeholders -- customers, investors, co-founders, etc.

Topics covered will include:

  • Breaking down the core assumptions included in a complete value proposition
  • Crafting a compelling value proposition
  • Articulating your value proposition to others
  • Testing your value proposition to ensure it's compelling

Participants will be guided through in-class instructional exercises that will allow them to walk out of the workshop with first drafts of their value proposition and their plan for testing their business ideas without burning too many resources.

About the Facilitator:   Patrick Kucharson is a founder turned startup advisor who advocates for entrepreneurship as a key driver of a community’s economic and social progress. He has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs on how to craft investor pitches that have successfully attracted startup funding ranging from $500 up to $250,000.
